New Hot Melt Systems

Keystone stocks new hot melt applicators to accommodate all your dispensing needs. We offer hot melt units in 8#, 17# and 35# capacities with precision manufactured and long lasting piston pumps that will dispense up to 225# per hour. Also available are gear pump units for continuous applications in 17#, 35#, 65# and 100# with multiple gear pump sizes to control the adhesive flow being dispensed. Units are available in two and four hose configurations. Internal and external pattern controllers are available to use with or without encoders on the above systems or an existing systems in your facilities. We offer a complete line of slot, spray, laminating and extruding heads.
