I’m back from the holidays and the year end inventory, which was almost painless this year – LOL!.  

Time to start a new year – out with the old and in with the new.

What is your New Year’s Resolution?
Helping in your community more?
Losing weight?
Getting healthy?
Going back to school?
New job?
New home?

Sometimes a new year can be so refreshing.  Share your resolutions.
I started mine 3 months ago – to become healther through cross fit training.  Cross fit is such a good way to become healthier, stronger, to increase energy, to improve mental performance and to just have fun.

If you are looking to be leaner and not bulk up, this is definitely the way to go.  I have been training for 3 months and I still enjoy it.  I  get up at 4am to make my smoothy and workout at 5am.  That should tell you that I must enjoy it!
