20ft Automatic Heated Hose Comparable to Nordson® 223836

We manufacture the KNHA2023K, a 20ft 240V durable heated hose with braided sleeving and RTD-controlled heater wire. The temperature sensor ensures the adhesives or sealants are heated properly for dispensing.

Our product uses rectangular electrical connectors with clips to secure the hose in place and can attach to a variety of hot melt systems. This part is a Nordson® 223836 equivalent and fits the manufacturer’s 2300, 3000, ProBlue® and DuraBlue® melters. In addition, it’s capable of fitting Keystone K-Series melters, ITW Dynatec® Quattro® and Dynapack™ melters Valco Melton® C Series melters. The KNHA2023K is configured for automatic applicator heads.
